​                                                        Scholarship Application 

Qualifications of Applicant:
 
*  Applicant must be a student in good standing, currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in an accredited Michigan college or university. 
 
*  Applicant must be a entering the junior or senior year making normal progress in a field of therapeutic/social service or special education. 
 
*  A limited number of $500 or $1,000 scholarships may be awarded during any given academic year. 
 
*  A scholarship may be renewed one time upon further application with availability of funds. 
 
*  An application must be submitted no later than December 31 or June 30 to:
